When arranging building and renovations work we start by finding out what our clients want from the property, and inspect the property thoroughly to ascertain condition. We visit the property as necessary with our clients or on their behalf and draw up an initial brief. We retain the services of an architect if necessary, and we can provide a full written report for costings, schedule of works and a staged budget plan. Allowing our clients full control of their Renovation, their time and their finances. A working Manager will oversee all building and construction work and is always on hand to handle any changes. With your instruction and our expertise you can really have the house or home of your dreams.

We have a team of skilled Builders, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Electricians, Plasterers, Plumbers, labourers and maintenance staff and all presenting excellent standards of work. We do not offer a quick fix renovation, covering only what the eye can see, we offer a thorough renovation offering what is right for the property and client. A pre purchase survey can be arranged on request.

All renovations start the same no matter what the size or work required, we listen to the client requests and then design and plan. We can agree upon a date and time schedule and confirm with a written quote including work requirements, times, dates, specification and cost.

All renovations agreed are issued with a contract agreement, offering commitment and security for both company and client. Setting out a works schedule including a schedule for development stages , time and costing. Each stage is paid before stage commencement, one stage in advance at the end of each stage we invite our clients where possible to visit and see their renovation, our workmanship and standards, at which time we can discuss any changes our clients may have, always allowing our clients complete control over their Renovation, time and finances.
