Progress ReportWe are never sure when visiting a property for renovation of the condition or expectations of the client. Upon inspecting the property we carry our initial brief, including a property condition report. Which allows the client to fully understand the condition of the property and the work required. We include a schedule of works to assist tour clients with dates, time and stages of work.
We offer a complete costing to include renovation stages and staged budget allowing the client to take control of their finances.
We visit the property, and provide you with a full independent written property condition report. Each visit takes approximately 4 hours to collate the information required to prepare a full report.

Property measurements and drawing (if appropriate)
A plan drawing of your property to include in detail external measurements, and a detailed internal floor plan drawing of your property including all room measurements and floor area.
Photographs- full property portfolio, via email. Hard copy available (please enquire) We provide photographs to detail information covering each area within the report including both picture and written data. This allows you to fully understand any area within your property that may require, repair and design.
Comprehensive repair and requirement forecast. Using the measurements and floor plan information collated at the property, we are able to provide you with a work forecast which will be detailed in writing and available to see via photographs.
A costing report. After visiting the property it take (3-4weeks) to provide you with a costing. We liaise with all parties involved to properly prepare and report a costing to you.
Budget and schedule. We understand the importance of time and budget, we will submit a staged schedule report giving information on which repairs require immediate attention and would be included in stage 1. We can break down a report into as many different stages as a client may require which will allow you to budget for each stage. Allowing you to take control of your finances. With a schedule of work you are able to plan if needed your inspection visit accordingly.
Repair and or Renovation requirements/details. You will receive a questionnaire to determine your preferences, ideas and plans. This will help in determining what you want to achieve and what your expectations are.
We are able to accommodate all repairs offering the services of our skilled Staff who are at hand to help and assist you. Repairs that are urgent can be carried out upon request.
PaymentsTo enable us to compare prices, we ask for two or three separate estimates for each job to be done.
Once an estimate has been agreed, it is normal for a builder to ask for a deposit. This should not be more than 30% of the total amount. Further payments are made as the work progresses.
