      • All the services needed for property purchase.
      • Opening of an Italian bank account (for purchase only).
      • Obtaining a codice fiscale (tax code) required by law
      • Assistance with translation and documentation at the notary (closing of sale)
      • After sales assistance
      • Property Management Service 350 euros per year (available in Scalea and surrounding towns and villages only)
      • Bill Payment Service 150 euros per year (available in Scalea and surrounding towns and villages only)

    • Viewing Trips and Airport Transfers
      • We will assist you on viewing trips including translation.
      • Our Airport transfer service can be arranged for you from Lamezia Terme and Naples airports.


    • Written reports
      • We can visit a property of your choice and issue a full property condition report, detailing condition, work required, measurements and floor plans.

    • Document translation
      • Documents are written and prepared in English by us, all official documentation is written in Italian. We can arrange translators to have your documents translated and stamped.

    • Property sales
      • We are based here in Scalea, Calabria and although we specialise in property renovation and restoration, we can advice you on the best local Estate Agents to use with English/Italian speaking staff for other property purchases.

      • With our Company and staff living in Calabria we are at hand to assist you with full management of your property the cost for this service is €350.00 p.a. This service applies to everyone not just our clients.

      • Bill paying services are available with Calabria Construction enabling you to have all your bills paid so that you do not need to worry about the hassle of sorting out how to make payments the cost for this service is €150.00 p.a. This service applies to everyone not just our clients.
